PR Sparkling Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Johnson City, Tennessee and the surrounding Tri-Cities area. The services available, the areas we serve, and our hours may change at any time.

Estimates are free and are based on the information and photos you provide. If the size, condition, or scope of the job turns out to be different from what was described, we will tell you and agree on any change in price with you before the work continues. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless we say otherwise.

An appointment requested through this website is confirmed once we contact you to confirm the details. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer. We may need to reschedule because of weather, illness, or other circumstances outside our control, and we will notify you promptly if we do.

• Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including working water and electricity.
• Secure pets, and put away cash, jewelry, and other valuable or fragile items before we arrive.
• Tell us in advance about anything that needs special care, and about any hazards on the property.

Payment is due as agreed when your service is confirmed. We will tell you the accepted payment methods at that time.

If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us promptly after the service so we have the chance to review it and make it right.
